Future Focused is geared towards HIV-positive MSM (men who have sex with men) of all ethnicities, ages 18 and up. The goal is to help those who are newly diagnosed or coming to terms with an HIV diagnosis to feel less overwhelmed, more hopeful, better educated about HIV and preventing secondary transmission, treatment options, and how to access needed services. The expectation is that by addressing the underlying issues which lead to risk-taking, individuals will be less likely to continue harmful behaviors. Registration is required, but the group is free of charge.
