C2P is a program for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender persons on Chicago’s South Side that is part of Care2Prevent at the University of Chicago.

Welcome to the Behavioral Health Program at Care2Prevent. We are a community of social workers with a deep commitment to enhancing the emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being of our clients. We have experience working with the LGBTQ community and people living with HIV.
