Trauma impacts our lives in many ways. It can affect how we engage in relationship and how we view ourselves and the world around us. This 12-week process group is designed to help decrease the impact of past trauma. Structured, goal-oriented work, in a safe community, can be a powerful support on your path of healing. In this Trauma Recovery Group, we will work together to expand our skills and gain deeper understanding of the effects of a traumatic past.

*Current individual therapy with attention to posttraumatic symptoms is required for participation.
