The HIV testing program targets high-risk populations of Men Who Have Sex With Men (MSM), and high-risk heterosexuals including sex workers, sex partners of HIV-positive MSM’s, persons who have multiple unprotected sex partners, users of IV and non-IV drugs, and sex partners of Intervenous Drug Users. Persons receiving these services will be provided pre and post-test counseling per Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and State of Illinois.
