The mission of Chi Chapter is to support people who wish to present as the gender different than that which matches their birth sex.  This support includes help with self acceptance, help with acceptance by family, and help with a positive presentation.  Members self identify in many ways which include being transgender, transsexual, cross-dresser or bi-gendered. Chi Chapter also supports significant others, their family and friends.  Chi Chapter has an outreach program providing panels with of a range of transgender people to speak to classes.

Chi Chapter has monthly meetings giving members the opportunity to be out as their preferred gender in a welcoming environment.  At meetings we have a variety of discussions regarding gender.  Meeting programs are to entertain and educate.  We offer changing rooms at our meetings and have our own private washrooms.  Our Girls Night Out Socials are in a restaurant/bar and just for fun.
